Games are training. Markets are the real game.
Strategic games are part of our DNA. A significant number of our team members reached the highest levels of competitive Magic: The Gathering — a game that demands exactly the skills required in market making: incomplete information, resource management, opponent modeling, and rapid expected-value calculation.
We extend that practice to poker, chess, and other high-skill strategy games. These are not after-work hobbies. They are deliberate training for the same decision processes we apply when quoting markets and managing risk in real time.
We look for people who are competitive, intellectually honest, and comfortable updating their beliefs when new information arrives. The culture is high-signal, low-ego, and built around getting the price right.
